Pokhara, September 7.
The Department of Education at Kalika Multiple Campus, Pokhara–14, Kajipokhari, successfully organized a workshop on “Construction of Annual Work Plan” on Saturday.The program was chaired by Mr. Lok Nath Subedi, Head of the Department of Education. In his welcome remarks, he shared that the Department has been implementing various academic and training programs under its annual programs and expressed confidence that the workshop would strengthen and systematize departmental initiatives. He further announced upcoming activities including research article writing programs, Montessori training, and pedagogy-sharing sessions.
Associate Professor Biranji Gautam, Campus Chief of Kalika Multiple Campus, attended the program as chief guest. He praised the Education Department for its consistent leadership in advancing innovative practices, stating that its initiatives serve as a role model for other faculties. Gautam expressed gratitude to the departmental team and emphasized that systematic planning is vital for institutional growth.
The technical facilitation was provided by the resource person Yadav Raj Adhikari, assistant professor of Prithivi Narayan Campus and Kalika Multiple Campus. He presented detailed insights on principles and methods of work plan construction, stressing the importance of balancing teaching, research, and professional development through structured planning.
The event was actively participated in by Assistant Campus Chiefs Shalikram Timilsina and Yubaraj Gurung, faculty members of the Department of Education, Humanities, Management and Chief Administrator Mr. Hukum Raj Thapa. The program was anchored by Assistant Professor Rajeshwor Sharma, with coordination support from Mr. Thapa and Mr. Pusparaj Timilsina.
Concluding the event, participants shared that the workshop would guide the Department toward more result-oriented and student-centered programs, while also reinforcing Kalika Multiple Campus’s reputation as a leading community campus in Nepal.
